Anatomy can be a large topic that’s challenging to wrap ones head around, and even harder to apply within a yoga class.
Come learn or get a refresher with Colleen Carey-Williams! She will cover: types of stretching, planes of movement, types of joint movement, muscle groups, the spine, adduction vs. abduction, internal rotation vs. external rotation, human body variations, and more. Colleen will also teach how to incorporate basic anatomical language into your yoga classes.
