Virtual Workshop: Wheel Micro-Workshops

Whether you are working on wheel, or want to up-level, come join Kylie and get your wheel on! Wheel pose is a back bending posture that offers many benefits to the body, mind and spirit. It opens the chest, tones the thighs, abdomen and arms and engages the whole body. This workshop will guide you step by step to go into wheel pose by using blocks and the wall. In each session, we’ll warm up, see some demos, and then try our own expressions of wheel. Join one, or join all three sessions and find a new expression!
