Virtual Retreat: A Weekend of Growth and Gratitude

It is beautiful to see how our community has come together during these unprecedented times. As we collectively heal from this, we have an opportunity to create a new normal. With all that has shifted, there is no better time than RIGHT NOW to get grounded in our wellbeing. This is an opportunity to create an even bigger shift, an opportunity to be up to something bigger than ourselves. There is clear science supporting how we can increase our own happiness and build more productive habits. The antidote for negativity is presence and gratitude. The key to cultivating these things in every aspect of our lives is through daily ritual and practice.

Join our community as we retreat virtually for three days in exploration of our greatest wellbeing.

We will begin Friday evening with an opportunity to retreat from routine, connect as community, and set our intentions for the weekend. We will introduce the themes of the weekend and end with a Power Up/Power Down practice. On Saturday morning we will begin with a Power 60 practice, followed by guided discussion. We will break for the afternoon to give time for reflection and self-inquiry, and we will reconnect on Saturday evening for a guided discussion, Restoring Power and meditation. On Sunday morning we will begin with a Power Vibe practice and wrap up the retreat with our final session.

Our 4 sessions will be focused on exploring presence, gratitude and daily rituals. We will dive into how and why it is essential to build these habits. You will step away from the retreat with a personal creation and commitment to greater wellbeing.

Friday April 24 – 5:00pm-8:00pm Session 1: LEARN
Review of the concepts of presence, gratitude, and daily rituals, and WHY are these important. Review the science behind building and sustaining habits and a balanced life.

Saturday April 25 – 9:00am-11:00am Session 2: IDENTIFY
Dive into your story, personal tendencies, and true desires. Identify what is keeping you stuck and how to overcome these obstacles.

Saturday April 25 – 6:00pm-8:00pm Session 3: EXPLORE
Explore the science behind the most impactful daily habits for greater wellbeing and happiness.

Sunday April 26 – 8:00am-11:00am Session 4: CREATE and COMMIT
Craft the perfect morning routine and daily rituals to fit YOUR life. Share reflections, declarations and commitments.

This retreat is $60 for HMPY Members, or $75 for future members.
