Trauma Informed Yoga: The Body Remembers What the Mind Forgets

November 22 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

$85

Roughly 1 in 4 people in the US have experienced 4 or more traumatic experiences in their life. Survivors of trauma often feel very uncomfortable about their bodies and unable to read body cues; yet the body stores feelings and memories from the past. This class will bring understanding to how trauma alienates people from their own bodies, and how yoga can re-integrate the body and the mind.

If you are a yoga instructor, you can earn 4 CEUs through Yoga Alliance for attending this workshop.
