Roll and Restore

We all experience trauma in our lives. You will be guided and instructed on how not only the brain, but the body stores trauma from all sorts, and how the physical manifestation of trauma effects the way we feel overall and experience physical pain.
In this workshop, you will learn how you can effectively use self-healing modalities through rolling the body on 3 types of body-rolling tools (provided for you), through yin yoga movement, and through hands-on assisting, to help release pain, helping to restoreyour body to more of a pain-free state and a state of greater mobility.
