Are all the adjustments and changes you’ve experienced lately leaving you stressed and anxious? Stress can take its toll mentally and physically on our minds and bodies. Zoom in to learn about the ancient practice of Sound Therapy with Tibetan Bowls. Used for thousands of year in healing, research shows the vibrational tones of the bowls can lower blood pressure, help with stress and anxiety.
We will discuss the history and benefits of the bowls, effects of stress on the body, and the Chakra system. We will end the session with a guided Chakra clearing meditation and sound bath.
