Exploring Yoga Nidra – Virtual Series

In this series, we will explore the practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep. Yoga Nidra is a journey into deep, conscious sleep using a variety of breath and body awareness and relaxation techniques. In these classes you will be guided into a state of total mental, physical and emotional relaxation. You will learn simple ways to relax the body, calm the mind and sooth your soul.
Research has found that Yoga Nidra can help you cope with stress, decrease depression and anxiety, improve sleep, relieve chronic pain, and transform the way you think and experience life!
