Exploring a Self-Guided Practice

Join Patrick and your HMPY community for an exploration into a self-guided, home practice. You already own one of the best home fitness systems ever made…your body. This workshop will provide insights and tools to open up unlimited opportunities to develop and grow a home practice. The benefits of a home practice are many but having the ability to find space and time to simply and intentionally connect your breath to physical movement will enable you to calm you mind, condition your body, increase flexibility, improve focus and concentration. Developing your own home practice also allows you to explore and play with postures you learn in class, want to experiment with or up-level.
This is an all levels workshop appropriate for any person wanting to deepen and grow their practice.
