Yoga can be described as meditation in motion.  From a physical perspective, our style of Power Yoga is an athletic yoga. When you come to class, be prepared to sweat.  You will strengthen your body, burn calories, stretch your muscles and challenge your self both mentally and physically.

Ultimately, yoga is about a journey into finding your truth.  Who your really are, to discover how your actions and beliefs about yourself impact all aspects of your life.  We believe that through finding and living your truth you will live a fuller, richer and more authentic life.
